Our work

This new construction house was built using a bi-wing, poured concrete design. The owners and architect wanted cabinetry in the baths and kitchen that reflected this modern aesthetic, while still remaining budget-friendly. Clean lines were achieved with bamboo doors and drawer fronts with sleek, minimal hardware.

This assortment of office furniture was created through a compilation of OpenDesk desks and custom pieces. The client wanted a modern aesthetic and Baltic Birch Ply provides those clean lines beautifully.

Why a five-star review of Modus Workshop? Because it is impossible to give them six. Nathan Cooper's remodeling of our kitchen exceeded our expectations in every respect. He refined our fuzzy ideas about the kitchen we wanted into a design that is both beautiful and functional, and his software skills let us take a virtual tour of that layout before any work was done. Nathan understood our budget limitations and helped us to make choices balancing features and cost. He provided us with a clear expected timetable for the various stages of the work, allowing us to plan for the inevitable disruption that a renovation generates.

I have nothing but praise for Modus Workshop. They built our kitchen cabinets, custom bathroom vanities, and window valances -- and we hope to have them do our mudroom cabinets someday. The attention to detail and level of artistry they bring to woodworking is difficult to match. Whether you're a contractor looking for a reliable and high quality sub, or a homeowner feeling lost facing a renovation project, you can't go wrong with Modus.

Modus just completed their second project for us, two built in bookcases. Previously they had designed a beautiful modern vanity for an awkward powder room space. In both projects Nathan was able to translate our general design goals into renderings that we could fine tune with him. The quality of Modus' craftsmanship is excellent. For the bookcases the Modus crew did an extremely meticulous job of fitting the case into the space. They look like they have always been there . We are very happy we went back to Nathan and Modus.
